As mentioned in my previous posts, I like to look at what other people knit and create, and them make my own version of it.
The really colourful jumper came as a result of having lots of left over yarns and I thought I might just try something new. Now, this jumper is based on a jumper for children. If you’re looking in shops today, you won’t find patterned jumpers for adults…. but if you go to the children’s sections you will find lots of patterns, textures and colours combined in a jumper. I don’t see why adults can’t wear that much colour too…
The purple monkey cable patterns was an experiment. I’ve never really worked with cable patterns before so why not go crazy the first time you try it?
